Maselle College offers Thirty (30) Hour POST LICENSE courses for Sales Agents who have passed the state salesperson's examination and have complied with all other conditions for licensure.
Agents Post-license courses are required within 12 months of licensure from an approved school before a permanent license will be granted. Maselle's post-license courses are currently approved in Mississippi by the Mississippi Real Estate Commission and by ARELL0.
Course" Description: Thirty (30) Hours OF Advanced Real Estate Education
The initial real estate sales license in Mississippi is a temporary license issued for a period of One (1) year. Within 12 months from the date an agent is licensed, the agent must then complete Thirty (30) hours of Post-License Courses. Course content is mandated by the Mississippi Real Estate Commission. The on-line "study at your own pace" course can be taken at home or in the office on your computer. This course is interactive with some audio presentation
